Who we are

Cut Cherry is run by [LEGAL NAME / COMPANY], [ADDRESS]. Contact: [EMAIL].

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, whether you’re a creator, a brand or an agency, and the page section you signed up from. Nothing else.

Why

Only to tell you when Cut Cherry launches and to send your early access. We never sell or share your email.

Where it is stored

Waitlist sign-ups are stored by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), our email provider, in the European Union. The website is hosted by Cloudflare.

How long

Until launch, then up to 12 months unless you create an account. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing [EMAIL]. If you are in the EU, you can also file a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
